For our yearly Gold program, membership funds must be utilized within 12 months from the date of agreement. Monthly members have a six-month timeframe to use their credit.

Payment can be added to your 'wallet' at Glow & Contour Wellness MedSpa. Members can use the wallet funds at any time before canceling their membership. We encourage frequent visits to help you maintain your aesthetic goals! 

You cannot transfer your membership to another individual. However, you have the option to purchase a gift card or any service using your wallet funds and gift it to someone else. Please note that there will be an additional $20 charge for this service. 

Yes, you can cancel your membership. However, if you're a Silver member (monthly membership), please note that when you decide to cancel your Silver membership in any given month, you'll need to utilize all the funds in your wallet before canceling. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your wallet balance.

For Gold members, if you cancel your membership within the year, there will be a cancellation fee of $99. It's important to remember that if you do not cancel after the initial year, your membership will automatically renew.
