Dr. Amy Blasen is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience and leadership in both hospital and outpatient settings. A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, she has served in key roles such as Pediatric Emergency Medical Director and residency faculty at Sparrow Health System.

In addition to her extensive medical background, Dr. Blasen has been practicing aesthetic medicine for several years and has developed a deep passion for helping clients feel confident and empowered through non-surgical, results-driven treatments. Her approach blends medical expertise with a personalized touch, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.

With over a decade of expertise in skincare and aesthetics, Vandana Khandelwal is the driving force behind Glow & Contour Wellness Medspa. Since establishing her first spa in 2013 and cultivating a loyal clientele of over 1500 clients, she expanded into advanced medical aesthetics in 2024. At Glow & Contour, Vandana combines her passion for personalized skincare with cutting-edge treatments, including Microneedling, Morpheus8, IPL Photofacials, Laser Facials, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, and other medical-grade services.

Vandana is celebrated for her attentive, client-centered approach and her unwavering commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment. Her exceptional reputation is evident in the glowing reviews she consistently receives, a testament to her dedication to delivering remarkable results and fostering lasting client relationships.

Vandana holds dual Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Rajasthan University, India, and is a licensed aesthetician through the Michigan College of Beauty. She is also certified in advanced aesthetic treatments and permanent makeup artistry, specializing in Microblading and Lip Blush PMU. Fluent in English and Hindi, Vandana is skilled in working with diverse skin types, ensuring that each client receives a customized treatment plan tailored to their unique skincare needs.a diverse client base. Moutushi Dhar-Gandhi, FNP-BC is a passionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Injector who seamlessly blends medical expertise with aesthetic artistry. With over a decade of experience in surgical specialties, she has developed a strong foundation in cardiology and surgery as a Registered Nurse. A

She holds a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she developed expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions. Her clinical background is further enriched by her focus on preventative care, advocating for proactive health management and wellness.

Moutushi’s passion for aesthetics is driven by her commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. She specializes in crafting customized treatment plans that combine advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive procedures to achieve natural, balanced, and radiant results. Muntaha is a licensed electrologist and certified laser hair removal specialist with over 20 years of experience helping clients achieve smooth, confident skin. She completed her formal education in electrolysis at Sally Esser Beauty School in 2004, where she received extensive hands-on training in permanent hair removal techniques. Over the years, she continued her professional development by earning advanced certifications in laser hair removal, staying up to date with the latest technologies and safety protocols in the industry.

Based in the Metro Detroit area, Muntaha has built a loyal clientele through her precision, honesty, and genuine care. She takes the time to educate her clients on the best treatment plans for their skin type and hair concerns, empowering them to feel confident every step of the way.

Earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Family Practice, she delves deep into the realms of population health. Her focus on addressing dietary disparities within vulnerable communities has made significant strides in the wellness landscape. Dr. Indea’s proficiency extends to hormone replacement therapy and IV nutrition, further cemented by her enriched understanding of functional medicine. Her accomplishment in the Certificate Program in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care from the University of Michigan is a testament to her continuous pursuit of knowledge. With a holistic approach to diagnosis, Dr. Indea doesn’t just treat symptoms; she comprehends the broader spectrum of health. Asil has multiple certifications in permanent makeup, brow tinting and make-up application. She graduated with Associate of Art in Interior Design from California State University Sacramento, CA where she had discovered her love for symmetry and creation. Asil has experience in beauty for 4+ years, worked with over 100 happy clients.

 Jessica is a licensed massage therapist with 14 years of experience. She graduated from Everest Institute in Detroit, where she excelled and graduated at the top of her class. Specializing in Swedish massage, Jessica is dedicated to providing relaxing and therapeutic experiences for her clients.
